CECILIA IACONO

Originally from a small town near Rome, Cecilia has spent many years studying and working internationally, starting at the age of 16. Her true passion for different cultures and ways of being has led her into deepening her understanding of what drives us as human beings, and how we come to be who we really are. She spent years reading and studying psychology, resulting in a Bachelor's diploma from IE University, in Spain, and a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the VU, in Amsterdam. She has then worked in organizational psychology at environmentally and wellbeing-driven companies. Cecilia is also a qualified hatha and yin yoga teacher, and spends her free time practicing and teaching yoga and meditation. She is continuously fascinated at how our bodies and mind interact, and how our systems connect to the larger environment we live in. Her biggest inspiration has always been the natural world, and that's where she sometimes retreats to center and reconnect. Her counselling practice focuses on bridging aspects from different disciplines, to create an integrated and mindful experience.  She is trained in Gestalt counselling, clinical psychology and yoga therapy. Cecilia now provides her services in-person at her welcoming locations in Turin and Bra, as well as online.
