The parties are required to strictly adhere to the appointment dates and times, which are agreed upon from time to time, or at the beginning of each therapy program.
If it becomes impossible to keep the scheduled appointment, the client is required to notify the professional at least 48 hours in advance. If the client fails to comply with the cancellation deadline, he or she will be required to pay the professional the cost of the entire booked session.
If the professional fails to meet the cancellation deadline, they will be required to postpone the appointment to another date to be agreed upon with the client and will not be able to claim the related fee.
For cancellations due to medical reasons, it is kindly asked, to still notify the therapist as soon as possible, since space and time arrangements are made in advance on the therapist's side. To maintain access and ensure sustainability of the services, late cancellations due to medical reasons are also only allowed twice per year.
